Once you’ve placed an order, we deliver a portable Song container (or two, if you like) to your home. After you’ve loaded everything you need, give us another call and we’ll move it to our secure warehouse for storage or to the destination of your choosing. Q2: Why is Song better than traditional storage or moving services? A2: Anyone that’s ever moved can tell you that truck rental and moving services can burn a hole in your pocket quick. Song offers portable storage containers with plenty of room for large cargo, door to door (or warehouse) delivery and safe storage at a price that will be music to your ears. Q4: How far in advance do I need to place my order? A4: The sooner the better! We know that sometimes last-minute storage is a must, so we do our best to accommodate customer needs no matter when you call, but it’s better if you give us at least two weeks notice. Q5: How many Song storage units can I have? A5: As many as you need, but our storage units are pretty spacious. Most customers find that they only need one or two. Q6: How can Song help me renovate my home? A6: Song is the perfect solution for renovating a portion of your home. Need to get everything out of a room for a few days? Just keep one of our storage units at your home, fill it up, and return it when the renovations are completed. Q7: How do I get a consultation with someone at Song? A8: Absolutely! If you’re not sure where you’re moving but need to get some stuff out of the house, give us a call. We’ll gladly store your unit at our secure warehouses until your moving date and deliver them straight to your new doorstep when you’re ready. Q9: Do you pick-up and deliver on weekends? A9: Yes.
